Old Fashioned Pumpkin Pie
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 (16 ounces) can Libby's solid pack pumpkin or 2 cups steamed pumpkin, mashed
    1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  1/2 teaspoon salt
  1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
  1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
    1 (12 or 13 ounces) can evaporated milk or 1 1/2 cups half and half
  1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
    1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell with high fluted edge
Preheat oven to 425 °F.  Mix filling ingredients in order given.  Pour into pie shell.  Bake 15 minutes.  Reduce oven temperature to 350 °F;  continue baking 45 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean.  Cool.
Yield: 1 pie
